SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping:

We ship using Econt or Speedy (for the territory of Bulgaria) to courier's office or recipient's address. For local orders over 150 leva, shipping is free of charge. Payment for such orders, however, should be done in advance (credit / debit card or bank transfer). All orders are shipped with a check and test option.

International Shipping:

International shipping is done through the system of euShipment (by local couriers) to courier office or personal address. For orders over 150 euro, shipping is free of charge. Payment for such orders, however, should be done in advance (credit / debit card or bank transfer). All orders are shipped with a check and test option.

Delivery:

Delivery time for local orders is one to three working days. Delivery time for international orders vary between 3-14 days depending on territory. We do not work on Sundays and public holidays. In case of force majeure situations like strikes, delayed international transportation, public holidays, increased volume of orders, embargo, etc., the delivery time may be increased. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

In addition:

We are not responsible for non-delivered order in case you have provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate data, including incomplete, inaccurate or non-existent address or telephone number.

You will find a receipt for the purchase in the envelope / box of the ordered items. It is the your responsibility to check for it when opening the shipment and promptly notify us (within one day of receiving the shipment) if it is missing.

Returns:

You have the right to return an order (without penalty) within fourteen days from the date of its delivery. To exercise this right you must first complete, sign and send a return form, which can be found here. Unfortunately, we do not cover return costs.

No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

• for customized clothes or modifications as per customer’s requirements;
• for sealed clothes which have been unsealed after their delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
• during liquidation;
• for the underwear, bed linen, socks and tights;

After we receive your return and check it, you will get a notification email with a confirmation for the return. The purchase price will refunded by bank transfer within fourteen days of confirmation. All cost incurred for receiving and returning orders namely shipping, bank commissions, etc., will be yours to cover and cannot be refunded.
