How can I create an account?

If you want to create an account, please visit www.3dogs.bg and choose “Log in” > "Sign up".

How can I make an order?

You can make place your order using www.3dogs.bg or send us an email at info@3dogs.bg with the products you have chosen.

Can I make an order without opening an account?

Yes, you can place your order without opening an account. Like a guest. However, we encourage you to register so that it is easier to check the status of your order. 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using any of the following options:

  • Payment by credit/debit card through the VPOS of DSK or via PaybyLink. Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business Visa and Mastercard cards. Transactions are carried out through the security programs MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure. In terms of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 2,000. We do not store any credit and debit card information. The return of an amount paid by card is refunded to the same card;
  • Bank transfer to our account IBAN: BG72STSA93000029851126, BIC: STSABGSF, Bank: DSK Bank, Recipient: Three Dogs Ltd. Please include your ordere number as reason for payment;
  • Cash-on-delivery when using courier;
  • Using ePay.bg;
  • Using Revolut https://revolut.me/threedogsltde.
How do I receive my order?

We ship by Econt or Speedy. International shipping is done through the platform of euShipments. Delivery time is between 5 and 14 days depending on local shipping agents and country.

International shipping is done through the system of euShipment (by local couriers) to courier office or personal address. 

How can I return or replace a product?

You can return a purchase within 14 days after delivery. Make sure that the returned product checks all of the requrements below:

  • No sign or usage;
  • Packaging and labels are intact;
  • All original acceessories are also returned;
  • No mends or adjustments are done;

Returns of underwear, socks or tights cannot be accepeted due to hygienic reasons. 

Exchange of products is only possible in case of availability. All exchange costs are at your expense.

How do I get a refund?

Your payment will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned order. 

All return cost should be covered by you. M

Can there be a difference in color between the real product and its photo?

Yes, there can be a small difference in color when you view the photos on your phone's screen, tablet or computer depending on the configuration of your device. 

Can I get a discount for bigger orders?

If you place a bigger order, we can give you discout. For more info, please send us an email to info@3dogs.bg.

Do you have a rental policy?

Yes, some products can be rented. For more information, please send us an email at info@3dogs.bg.  

Dispute resolution

We always try to find a solution for your requests and expectations. If you are not satisfied with the products or services provided by us, we recommend the following options:

  • Contact us at +359882262926. Let us know your case and we will offer a solution.
  • Write to us at info@3dogs.bg. We will respond within a day.
  • You can register your complaint on the European Online Dispute Resolution (OPC) platform administered by the European Commission. There we will communicate your problem according to the rules of the platform. You will speak directly with us again, but according to the procedure, format, rules and deadlines of the ORS.
  • If we cannot solve the case, you can refer to the national consumer authorities. Most often, these are the Consumer Protection Commission, various commissions under the Ministry of Economy, the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency or the Medicines Executive Agency.
